SECONDS RULES

The 300-seconds rules workout is a system where you perform one exercise while one person is doing a sprint and only when he returned then the next person is allowed to sprint as well. The rest of the group will keep performing the same exercise till 300 seconds lapse. Remember, only the type of exercise will make it challenging!

Quick, fast, effective, the program was specifically designed to extract maximum results over a short period of time, and with minimal equipment – so busy people like you can fit it in anytime, anywhere.

Each workout has been designed in a “step ladder” manner, meaning high and low -intensity exercises alternate, but with each alternation, the base level of intensity increases.

-The workout is mostly designed to be done in classes to emphasize the group effort. The 300-seconds rules are by far the most efficient way to burn calories in a challenging way while getting fit at the same time.
