Is a home base personal or private group training of maximum 4 peoples. It includes various methods of cardio, core, strength & conditioning. The workout lasts one hour and can be customized base on any customer need. Some kickboxing element can be incorporated on demand. This option doesn't give any excuses to customers as we are coming to them.
